Who am I?

My name is Geneviève Lévesque.
I am an occupational therapist.

I work with adolescents and adults, with a practice that addresses both physical and mental health. My day-to-day work is primarily at the private clinic CBI Santé Lebourgneuf in Quebec City. This is where I conduct individual consultations, both in person and remotely.

What fascinates me is everything that influences daily life in the background : the energy that certain tasks require, the impact of the environment, the invisible adaptations, the days when everything seems more difficult for no obvious reason.

Through my practice, and my own journey of discovering my neurodivergence, I have developed a particular interest in differences in functioning, daily variability, and realities that are sometimes difficult to explain with more traditional models.

This perspective informs a clinical approach today centered on curiosity, nuance, and concrete adaptation to lived reality. I like to use play, imagination, and people's interests as starting points to make interventions more engaging, more natural, and better suited to their reality.

Alongside my clinical practice, I created Ergodivergence to develop training, tools and spaces for reflection around neurodivergence, human functioning and the challenges of everyday life.

I don't claim to have all the answers.
I am trying to ask better questions.
